This section of the Plsma website includes information about the Plasma Constitution. This document is a step towards the becoming of an incorporated organisation. The latest draft of this document is available online: The Plasma Constitution.

The document is a set of rules on how Plasma should be run. It also describes what Plasma is about. This is basically summarised in the following paragraph.

Plasma is based on the philosophy that when a product is made out of interest and not primarily money the product is better. It also believes that everyone should be given the opportunity and experience of being in a group of skilled people so that they can expand their abilities and knowledge.

Here are some of our beliefs

• We are against the use of pirated software, especially to make other software
• We think that an open environment for making and developing software makes both the process and the end product much better
• As a group it is much easier to develop something that will be finished and that will work.
• Once something is started it should be finished unless there is a good reason to stop it.
